Scope

Thirteen lineage profiles: James; his ten children including Frank; and Frank’s children Frank James and May. James and Frank retain their existing website IDs. Three spouse profiles and their family records have now been added from the same export. Later generations and the complete raw GEDCOM are not published. No Ancestry or FTM trees have been merged.

Conflicts and source review

• James and Catherine: F1 records both about 1838 and 11 November 1845 as marriage dates. A child is dated 1843. Verify the register and identities.
• Frank: 1 January 1846 in this export conflicts with earlier dates around 1859–1860. Patrick also has 1 January 1846; this does not prove twins.
• Frank and Norah: F2 records 1 January 1869 and 14 January 1883. Norah is born in 1860 in the export, making 1869 problematic. Verify “St.Josephs Church Eyrie, Buffalo, New York” and reconcile Cleve / O’Shea names.
• Frank James: 28 October 1883 conflicts with an earlier 1886 chart date. His obituary is dated 27 December 1959, separately from his reported death on 23 December.
• William Henry: 1843 here differs from 1855 in earlier imported material.
• Cornelius: birth and baptism both recorded 6 March 1870; inspect NLI microfilm 04240 / 04 to distinguish the two events.
• January 1 dates may be placeholders; exactness has not been verified.
