Frank, 1896
Frank’s article collects accounts of his life and death. The exact birth and death dates differ between the article and the imported tree; his profile records the conflict. The suggestion that grief over Con caused his decline is a reported interpretation, not an established cause of death.
William Henry, 1901
William’s obituary research brings together four clippings from three newspaper pages. The funeral notice names Ella, Ethel, James and Mrs. William Philips, gives death on 20 January, and announces a funeral on 23 January 1901. The birth year and reported ages remain inconsistent.
Patrick and the family in Ireland
Patrick’s existing article carries the Drumshanbo story forward. Its 1930 death date differs from the tree’s 1932 date. Consult the profile’s research notes before choosing between them.
The cemetery search
St. Mary’s Cemetery, Oakland is a recurring lead. William’s funeral notice announces interment there, but it does not supply a plot or establish the burial of every relative. Individual cemetery records are needed.
