Looking for Paul McManus (b? - d 1844) of County Meath who left Ireland and came to the US (possibly by way of Canada) about 1820 + or -.
It is believed his wife died prior to leaving Ireland.
He brought four children with him:
- John
- Julia (my 3rd great grandmother)
- Mary Ann
- Margaret.
At the time of his death in 1844 he had two daughters still living in Ireland:
- Bridget (married name Coyle wife of Patrick )
- Rose
