The New McManus Family History Website Is Live
A new home for connected McManus family research, historical records, DNA studies, places, stories, and shared discoveries.
Today we are launching a new version of McManus Family History—a public, growing archive for people researching McManus families and the places, records, and stories connected with them.
The site has been reorganized so that research can be explored in more than one way. A person profile can connect to family groups, life events, places, photographs, and supporting documents. Historical articles remain an important part of the archive, while the new record pages make it easier to follow the evidence behind a family connection.

- McManus DNA research, including Y-DNA and Big Y-700 studies
- Kilronan parish records, searchable by name, event, place, and year

The Kilronan records were abstracted with great care by Elizabeth Gallagher, Rose McManus, Annette McManus, Peter McManus, and Michael McManus. Researchers should still consult the original records wherever possible; links and credits accompany the collection.
